PICKUP POLICY
We’re delighted to provide free pickup from your nearest DHL and FedEx anywhere in the USA. Just give us the address of the courier facility and we will deliver the order there. Pickup Orders Have the Same Lead Time as Delivery Orders
All pickup orders are subject to the lead times mentioned on product sites, checkout pages, and confirmation emails, whether they are for stock packaging or custom packaging. If new artwork or revisions are necessary, custom packaging lead times may be compromised.
Orders For Pickup Must Be Picked Up Within 30 Days of Notification
Unless otherwise allowed by The custom Boxez, customer orders not picked up within 30 days of the pickup notice email’s send date will be immediately returned and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We can’t accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. To assist safeguard and track your item until it reaches our facilities, please select a delivery provider that gives tracking numbers.
Please note that all returns must be assessed for damage or misuse before being eligible for a refund.
