The estimated delivery date is determined by the time it takes for your commodity to be developed as well as the total shipping distance. After the order has been finalized, the turnaround time and billing cannot be modified.

The consumer pays the shipping bill in advance. If thecustomboxez.com is in charge of the shipment, we will reimburse the cost of delivery.

  • Shipping in bulk can add at least one day to the turnaround time you’ve chosen.
  • Orders are not delivered or dispatched on weekends or holidays, and there may be delivery delays.

ESTIMATES FOR SHIPMENT PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

The approximate date you will receive your item is a combination of the chosen turnaround period and delivery time. Your processing time will usually not be altered until after your purchase has been shipped, and billing payments cannot be reversed.

Thecustomboxez.com offers a variety of production delivery times dependent on the product requested for your convenience. Not all of the turnaround times shown below are available for each item; the available turnaround times will be listed with the item as part of the order process.

After order confirmation, it usually takes 8 to 10 business days to dispatch the goods.

Rush orders

After order confirmation, it takes 4 to 6 business days to dispatch the package for rush orders. The urgency of rush orders is determined by the nature of the project and the deadline for delivery (extra charges may apply).

DAMAGES

Thecustomboxez.com is not responsible for any things that are broken, damaged, or lost during delivery. If your order has been harmed, please contact the shipment’s courier to file a report.

Please save all wrapping materials and broken merchandise until you file a lawsuit.
